Instructions for Speakers

To ensure the smooth running of the Conference, speakers are kindly requested to have their presentations uploaded on the desktop of the presentation room in a timely manner (namely either the day before for early morning sessions or early in the morning for the afternoon sessions).

Speakers have 20 minutes for their presentation and 5-10 minutes for questions.

Keynote speakers have 45 minutes for their presentation and 10-15 minutes for questions.
