Conference Fee

There is no conference fee. Participating at the conference is complimentary. However, accomodation and board is not offered.

Registration

It is important for all the presenters to REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE ONLINE.

NOTE: NO PRESENTER REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE

Deadline for the registration is the 16th of September.

Registration for attendees will be available on site during the Secretariat Desk operating dates and hours.

Registrations and Information Desk

A registration/help desk will be open throughout the Conference.

All participants even though they have registered online, should report to the Registration Desk upon arrival to obtain their Conference pack and name badge.

The Registration Desk will be operating at the Conference venue according to the schedule below:

Thursday, October 3, 2019 8:30-18:00

Friday, October 4, 2019 08:00-18:00

Saturday, October 5, 2019 08:00-17:00

Refreshments

Coffee and light snacks will be offered during the official breaks

Language

The official language of the Conference is English.

Conference video recording and Live Streaming

Certificate of Attendance

Registered participants and attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon request. Requests can be made at the Conference Registrations and Information Desk

Mobile Phone Policy

Please respect the Conference policy and switch off mobile phones in the Conference room and in the poster areas.
